Hello to all
hi, I have a 2000 Vito, 108cdi, bought it new for a commuter for our kids(5), but for the last few years it has sat in our shed looking forlorn, beaten by the black death. I initially jumped in to fix it as I would my old vee dub beetles and managed to brake clamp bolts off and ruined the cam cover, promptly losing interest! Move forward 3 years, I have bought another motor from wreckers and hope to change over but this motor has the start of black death tooand while it is on my shed floor I want to get the injectors out, has anyone used the slide hammer style of puller successfully?
Anyway I have gotten over the agro over MB disowning their Vito design problems and want to get this thing going again as it was a nice van to drive and could be again if the motor can keep going!
