Missfires after quick accelleration

My 2002 C240 is showing the check engine light. Codes(3) say #2 cylinder missfire, #5 cylinder missfire, and random missfire. It has 123,000 miles and runs fine at slow speeds until I accellerate quickly and then runs very rough, accelerates very slowly , especially from a stop. Could I just need new plugs and wires? I put a new coil on the front driver's side (#2?) cylinder but after clearing codes the same ones came back up. It has had a rough idle for a while but no check engine light or acceleration problems. This started right after I had a new fuel filter and fuel pump installed.

In sequence of attention.
0. Fuel filler even new can be bad. Fuel pump, too.
1. Clean the MAF (mass air flow) sensor with cleaner available at auto parts store.
2. Pull a plug, check gap, check the part number if it's original (never changed) from new. The forum for your car model should have more answers.
3. Rough run, some vacuum line might have cracked.
4. Rough idle, engine mount may be bad.
