Question Deep Scratches in Front Left Bumper

Hey all,

I have a few deep and light scratches in my front-left-bumper after getting nicked. Given that this area is plastic, what is the best DIY approach to handling this situation? I've heard of ATU, PaintScratch, and Dr. ColorChip. What do you guys recommend, and what do I need/what do I need to do? Apologies if there is a sticky that I did not notice, and searching yields too wide of an array of answers for my specific need.

Thanks in advance!

The dealerships usually have someone to come in to "blow" in the color to fix the bumpers. I used one particular guy a few times and he did amazing work. He would only do bumpers. The dealership will charge you $250. I deal with this guy directly and he charged me $120-150. Ever wonder why every used MB in the dealership has perfect bumpers.

To repaint the bumper would typical costs $700-800 in the deslership. This is the full repair when they remove the bumper and paint the whole bumper.

Hello to all of MB lovers ! As nowadays bumpers are usually build out of plastic, why don't you simplly give them their original shape with the help of an hair-dryer and get it repainted with a color-spray of the same color . Very simple, isn't it ! ....and quite cheap !!!!!

Knowledge and Beauty if unshared are vain !
In 1958 , first car to drive was a MB 180D at the age of 9 ! enjoy !
