New Benz owner

Just purchased a 2002 C240 about a week ago. Took it to the dealership to do a once over and found out there are a few things that need to be repaired. The main one was the Thrust arm bushings and lower control arm bushing. Is $1200 a fair price or should I shop around? Also how do I check the trans fluid.....I dont see a dip stick?

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new ride. Always shop around, prices can vary even between dealers. Suspension work isn't dealer only type service you could probably do better at an indy. Trans is filled with "lifetime" synthetic and therefore has no dipstick. There is usually a black cap with a little red lock on it near the firewall unless someone has been fooling with the transmission. Not something that you need be concerned with unless you have a leak.
