W203 Fault code help! P2078, P1437 P2648

Hey guys very long story short here...

Car
W203 C220 CDI 54 Plate Saloon

About a year ago my engine management light came on and it read as the DPF was too full, had a forced regen. All good for a month then the light came on and I assumed it was the DPF that needed sorting, anyway carried on driving for a good few weeks with the light coming on and off 2/3 times a week. No change to the performance etc... I've gotten round to selling the car as I've had too many problems, so decided I'd better get the DPF sorted!

Went this morning to get the fault codes read and none of them come up related to the DPF.

P2078 Is apparently the Intake Manifold Valve? is this the EGR valve?
Should I just buy a new one or are there other things to check that go wrong, eg wiring?....
Would this cause the engine managment light to come on and off?
Only recently after 14 months of driving has the car gone into limp mode, and they were for 2 short stints, maybe 2 hours-ish.

Next code comes up as P2648 Something to do with the rocker arm?
Could this cause the light to come on and off?
What could this problem be and what do I need to do to sort it?
Is it an expensive job? I've literally no idea!

Final fault...

P1437 Something to do with the aircon Evapourator Temp Control? I doubt this would cause the car to go into limp mode??
My air cons never worked but I don't use aircon so never chased it up. Is this a big job? What could this be???

All I want to do is sell the car with a clear dash board so I don't feel angry as I see it leave me!!!!

Thanks in advance.
