Exporting a Mercedes; Warranty, Cooling system, Tax?

Hi, I tried searching online for answers and on benzworld, didn't seem to find anything solid, so any help is appreciated.

I am curious about buying a used Mercedes from the US and exporting it overseas, most likely to the Middle East.

A few questions:

1) Is it known if the normal warranty that comes with the car in the US (i.e. if the car is new or still under warranty) "carry" with the car should it leave the US....in other words, is the warranty also effective outside of the US?

2) Will the cooling system of the car be any different if used in hot climate countries where the temperature reaches 110F+ vs. if it was bought from a cold state (i.e. Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin etc.)

3) Is it necessary to pay state-by-state sales tax on the vehicle if it will be exported? (if yes, then I guess the best is to buy it from a state with no additional sales tax?)
