Question ML320 Transmission Replacement

I Have a 2000 ML320 With 136,000k on it. Recently With Very Little Warning My Tranny Went Out, So I Ordered A Used One But It Read "All AWD Transmissions Does Not Come With Transfer Case" Is This Necessary, Can I Use The One On The Car Already Or Do I Need To Replace The Transfer Case As Well?

Welcome to Benzworld, use the case that you already have, no problem.

Exclamation Transmission Replacement Or Rebuilt?

Thanks Man! Now Im thinking Should I Just Get My Tranny Rebuilt Instead Of Looking To Replace It. I dont Want Another TransMission issue With A Used Part Especially If I Plan On Keeping It, What Yall Think?

That would depend on who rebuilds it and which parts are replaced.

Mr DJ

i would buy a used, low mileage transmision, with tork converter also.Use new transm. oil, and making sure you empty the tork converter befor filling the transmission.
for the empting screw on the tork convertor, you can see it by rotating the tork convertor. allenrench 5 mm i beilve.
