Question A very simple question!! Pictures show problem.

Hi. I recently was told I need to have both flex lines and the steel cooler line that run from my radiator to either side of the tranny housing.

So in these pictures the steel cooler line is attached to the top passenger side of the radiator... there was some brackets broken off the bottom so.. it hangs a little (despite my zip tie effort), the steel line then attachs to the STRAIGHT flex line and goes into the drivers side of the tranny housing.

The 90 degree flex line goes from the passenger bottom of the radiator to the passenger side of tranny housing. This hose is leaking bad.

My question: I had someone do the work for me, for cheap.

Dumb part: In picture 21 it looks like the steel cooler line should be attached to the 90 degree flex and the straight one belongs on the passenger side (instead of the 90 degree one). I ordered the right parts... I called GAP and checked they said I should be fine. The new ones are leaking? And the old one is waaay worse. Please look at the pictures and tell me if I am right and he is wrong?

So does the straight flex goes on the passenger side and the 90 angle hook up with the steel cooler line... like it already looks like it wants to do... as seen above.

Any help would be appreciated.
