Where do I Start (W123)

I think im having some over heating problems with my 83 240d. When i drive on the highway i am limited to going around 55 mph cause i dont want the car to overheat. Things ive done... New Water Pump, Thermostat, bypassed the heater core, bought a new accessory fan ( Blades broke off the old one) and the problem seems to be getting worse. When i bypassed the radiator core a couple of days ago i did refill it with water but the car was already running a little warm. I have attached a pic of what i get when i drive 50 mph on a 75 mph freeway. I just need a little guidance on where to go from here any help would be appreciated
