NEED HELP!! Oil in coolant m104

Hey guys and girls,

I've been searching for hours and havent been able to find any info on the symptoms my car has! Engine is a 3.2 inline six m104 24 valve, car overheated after it dumped all its coolant (shooting from overflow) every time you filled with water and ran it would come out full of oil in reservoir, found water in cyl 2 and 4, proceded with head gasket replacement, head was 16thou out of square, machined and pressure tested all good however only just completed head gasket renewal procedure today filled cooling system with with straight water (to get it to operating temp for gasket to settle before flushing) and as it got to operating temp began to spit contents out of reservoir. The cap was off so not to blow gasket again if it did pressurize. the strangest bit is when i turned the car off the water would just drain away emptying the reservoir, however the oil level has not risen and the water just seems to dissapear, removed spark plugs which appeared normal, blew compressed air into cylinders with no water coming out, i was reading about the oil heat exchages which i will pull out tommorrow and price a new one if not bypass it. Anyways sorry for carrying on, has anyone seen anything like this or similar, i wouldn't imagaing the block was cracked but it is just strange there would be that much pressure in the system.
Thanks in advance
