If you are talking about the belt on the front of the engine, about 25mm wide, that is commonly called the serpentine belt.
You should find a diagram in the owner's manual.
However, they don't just "fall off" so you must find the source of the problem: what caused it to come off. Common causes are a failed tensioner or idler pulley.
If you don't know how to fix it take it to a shop.
