Post Tubing in bumper?

Have some sort of intake tubing in my front bumper that has disconnected from the tube behind it. Need to find a part number and or diagram for the clamp or seal that i need but not sure what this is part of. My car is a 95 e320 wagon and the tube connects to the bottom of the front bumper on the passenger side. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

Figure out whether you have a W124 or a W210 (1995 MY overlaps) and ask in that model specific forum. Just a wild guess that a tube in the location might be a drain tube, possibly for the sunroof.
