Angry A letter to Mercedes-Benz

I bought a new Benz C200 CGI from The Star of Wenzhou 4S Dealer authorized by Benz on 2011.But It was not a happy begining.within several months and several thousands KM,the car appears 16 quality problems:from Engine Oil Leaking to the noise of door lock.from a unbelievable patched leather of Main operator's seat to a sponge taken out by automatic abat vent.It spent me more than a month.Be like I worked for Benz.and the quliaty was worse than very cheap Chinese car.
what is Benz producing,a torturing-machine?not enjoying-machine?and The dealer kicks the responsibility to Beijing Benz, and Beijing Benz is hiding.dailing the customer service is without response.I have to protect my rights hard again and again.Be your user is my hard time in my life!

And I doubted the PDI of Beijing Benz,What has he done in the PDI.Did he learned from you?
Look the quality problems below yourself!
1.A patched leather of Main operator's seat (one of six patched places, what is worng with the PDI)

2.the bad noise of door lock
3.the paint of the blue Benz sign peeled(in chinese)
4.one of key is broken(in chense)

5.a sponge taken out by automatic abat vent

6.the bad noise of gasoline steam valve
7.Both wiper arms jumped
8.a alarm to engine
9.the leather of new changed Main operator's seat peeled(changed for 1)

10.engine oil leaking (because a part has a hollow corner ,not oiltight problem,it's unbelievable!why Beijing Benz's PDI didn't find out.)

11.Gears hit together
12.a sharp pounding sun visor(see the video below)
http://www.tudou.com/programs/view/ySQBmlytPtE/
13.two dampers are broken
14.the bad noise of steering wheel
15.another key is broken(it's unbelievable, two original keys are broken, see the video below)
http://www.tudou.com/programs/view/YH-F34i4Bsc/
16.the bad noise of left automobile rearview mirror(listen to the record)
http://www.tudou.com/programs/view/ePiN7jK4oqY/

and some question to Benz
1.what had you done in the PDI
2.A new car appeared a lot of quality problems continuously ,when the car get older, what is going to be happened.and out of two year warranty, who shoulders the responsibility?
3.if the quality problem is going on ,Who pay me the loss of working time?

I dreamed that I buy a new Benz before buying this car.Benz means luxury and the best in China. But Beijing Benz broke my dream!Did i daydreaming?I hope you save the bad situation.
and Make me believe Benz again.

Sorry to hear your troubles. My motto has always been "never buy any American or German 4-cylinder car." Spread my words to your people.
In your case, the dealer should not hide. They represent MB. They should fix all the legitimate problems. However, don't look mad when taking the car in for fixes. You may run into a55holes that will give you hard time. They're everywhere. Perhaps you should press for a lemon law for cars in China, if the same problem is not fixed two times (it's three times in US), the dealer/manufacturer buys back the car. Raise your voice to your government.
If all fails, sell the car for some loss, buy another one, make sure it's not a 4-cylinder car. The extra expense for gas is not that much to worry about.

News flash . . . there have been QC problems in the US and European market Mercedes. That's why there are recyclers, like Potomac German, that cut chassis in half and destroy engines, so that those poor examples cannot find their way back on the market ever.

You can write to the head of MB in China, Germany and everywhere in between, whether it will get you results I don't know.
Perhaps taking your story to the media, car magazines and newspapers will make a difference.

Perhaps I missed it, but isn;t the car under warranty? These should all be warranty repairs. The dealer is independent from the corporation, they have no affiliation other than they resell the cars MB makes, but they should repair and bill MB corporate accordingly to keep you as a happy customer. Sorry reality did not match your dream. On your door plate or elsewhere, does it say where this vehicle was assembled? You bought it brand new correct, not used?
