Here is a video of less than 2 second car doing some stunts.
They don't say, but the guy is having shift paddle at the steering wheel, even the car has 3 pedals. I guess it is a modified automatic.

Wow that's pretty cool. (around 1:25 he touched the wall though, which a pro like him ought not to)

I'd be happy to have a car like that with stick and a normal interior.

So my dilemma is, what car to buy next?

Used BMW M3 manual?
Wait for the new M3 that's coming out (it probably will have a manual version)
Ferrari F430 Manual (older, expensive to maintain)
Ferrari 458 auto (fun, free maintenance from Ferrari for 7 years, but no stick)

What do you recommend, forum people?

For those who said you can shift with paddles, I find it weird. It's not the same feel. Unless you're on a racetrack and need 50ms shifts, no one should shift manually with an automatic transmission. I personally find it gimmicky.

I lament the death of the true driving experience. Future generations will never know what it's like to really drive a car.
