Did I miss anything?

My 2004 CLK320 has over 160k miles now. It still drives great. It has been well-maintained both mechanically and in the exterior.

In the course of the last 12 montihs, I have replaced the ATF, motor oil, coolant, water pump, brake fluid, air filter, pollen filter, fuel filter, spark plugs. I also did an alignment a few months ago.

Anything else I should do?

Change the tire air from winter to summer blend?
The list of checking jobs is in the service manual. If you don't have one, you should be able to get it in digital form from MBUSA.

Yes, never been changed.
Do these wires have to be changed? I recalled I had to change them one time with my Honda. I had difficulty to start the car when it rained, something to do with the insulation.

I change my wires every 100K miles. I dont know if it needs it or not at this time but the cost of changing them every 100K vs possible problems-well, it makes sense for me to change them at this time. You can use a 17mm open end wrench to pop the wire off the spark plug. The other end of the wire can be a pain sometime. It seems like one of the wires always is stubborn coming off the ignition unit. A bit of twisting and pulling and you will be able to remove it though. Autohausaz has the wires.

Do these plug wires get bad over the years? What are the symptoms?

Sputter, misfire, incomplete combustion burn resulting in rich smelling exhaust, lack of power, and when the insulation starts to go, you can have a light show at night from arcing.
