Exclamation R class fault code 2010-1

My 2008 R class Mercedes is continually switching to the "emergency run" and as a result of that "Emergency run" the kick down doesn't work, the engine wont exceed 3000 rpm and wont get up to speed normally, the "Mercedes Diagnostic Computer" indicates that the BoostPressureRegulator is not working correctly ( code 2010-1 ), so we replaced the complete turbo charger because the BPR ( BoostPressureRegulator ) is integrated in the turbo charger.
After the replacement of the turbo charger the problem remained and the same symptoms occurred plus the same code on the Diagnostic computer that indicated Fault 2010-1 the BPR.
Even after replacing the new turbo with yet an other new turbo the problem remains the same and the indication stays the same namely code: 2010-1 a faulty BPR!.
The diagnostic computer of the Mercedes dealership ( who kindly helped us out ) indicates that al the other parameters/sensors are working correctly so we've ran out of options!.

By this time we're 10 days and €2700 down the road and we are no step further, the problem is still there!.

As an independent taxi driver in Amsterdam this Mercedes R class is my livelihood and this ordeal with faulty diagnostic computers both internally and externally brings me on the brink of bankruptcy.

Can somebody help me with a little ( or a lot of ) guidance or maybe somebody has experienced this problem so that i can relay some useful information to the mechanics working on my car?

I would suggest you cut and paste this question into a new thread on this link, I take it this is a Diesel engine?

Also make sure the vacuum to the wastegate valve is connected and not leaking, if the wastegate does not open or close properly the boost pressure will be incorrect. This pic is taken from an AMG engine so will not be identical to yours, but will give you an idea of what I mean;

One more thought and an important one, again I use the AMG pic and yours will be slightly different, check the pipe from the turbo to the air cleaner, flexible pipes can split and this will allow "boost pressure" to drop.

Thanks Eric but we've replaced that part already, I am off to my last option, the dealers garage and let them figure it out, the money part will come later, first of all I need a working car!!.... just for the sake of it....I'll keep you informed about any progress, thanks again
