1995 E300D Value

I'm going to sell my 1995 E300D and was wondering if I could get some opinions on it's value. A dealer offered 4K for it unseen, but I think it's worth more than that. It only has 78,900 miles on it and no damage or rust. I know the normal sources to get values but I don't think they take into account the very low mileage and it's condition.

Thank in advance,

You will get all kinds of opinion.
With low mileage and clean your car might have theoretically high value, but who wants to pay high price on 18 years old car?
I bought 87 300DT for 2 grands couple years ago. With 270k at the time and with some leaks, but quite clean.
The 300D engine is probably the least favorable diesel MB engine of last 30 years,.
What is your location? Post the add in classified here with GOOD pictures.

Thank you for your thoughts. I thought I'd get quite a variation on opinions, yours is the first. The dealer was quite interested in the car much more so than the Honda we were thinking of trading. Seemed they liked the engine in this one, the 6 cylinder, 4 valve type rather than the typical 5 cylinder 300D. The car has always been garaged and the interior is pristine. Now thinking why am I considering selling it. It has the extended fuel tank so you fill up every 700 miles. Must do some thinking.

Thank you for opinion,
