transmission fluid in coolant/95 c200 m111.941

Ok, So I had a head gasket blow and they replaced it, along with various smaller parts, and this charge was just under 700usd. In Malaysia, Chinese shop in Penang. The guys said drive it for a while with only water in the cooling system before you put in coolant to clean it out. So I drive for two days, and each morning when the engine is cool I unconnect the radiator hose on the bottom and drain out the water. And for two days it has milkshake, see photo with water and clean oil on left bowl. New Milkshake on right bowl. ( more red than the previous chocolate milkshake which was in the oil before the top overhaul) in it. So, I think shit, he didnt' do this correctly. I go back and he says "this looks like transmission fluid in the cooling system and I will put a rebuilt radiator on and try it". This for about 100usd with fluid. So I am keeping my fingers crossed. I am wondering if somehow they broke the radiator somehow doing the head gasket replacement? "He said the engine is ok, I'm sure"

Here is the list of repairs during head gasket replacement;
1. Engine Oil 40.00
2. Filter 9.00
3. Top overhaul kit. 170.00
4. Thermostat. 22.00
5. Head Screw 12.00
6. Breather Hose and Pipe 25.00
7. Water Jacket 80.00
8. Belt Absorber 27.00
9. Labor, skim head, etc 280.00

Any knowledgable comments welcome.
