2009 s550 ac vents

I have a 2009 s 550 cpo car, still in warranty, while trying to activate the heater, on auto climate control, at 76 degrees, no air from middle dash vents.
the dealer told me this is normal, is that true? I have also noticed the when set at 72 degrees, the passenger vent barely lets air pass.
is this normal?

thanks

Remove the AC filter and see if you get more air from the vents, quite a common problem with blocked filters.

Regards

ERIC.

air filter is new

supposedly, the ac filter was replaced by the dealer when cpo work was done, along with odor removal, and disinfecting the venting system.
that was 3500 miles ago.
how do i go about removing the ac filter to inspect it?

thanks in advance,
Ross
