2006 CLS 500 default display upon startup

I just did a service interval reset with the buttons on the steering wheel. It worked just fine. Now, however, my display no longer shows MPH upon starting the engine, but shows the temperature. I can toggle to MPH, but still it has changed from MPH. Any ideas?
