87 300TD

I have a 300TD. It replaced the 87 d that was totaled when I was rear ended. the wagon is clean and in great shape. I use bio diesel and since I work in a restaurant I take home the used peanut oil. My old sedan I fueled the same and it ran great and had no problems. My wagon has suffered a power loss. I t feels like the turbo is not engagin. I live on the central coast of California. Temperatures are not much of a factor for the fuel although in the winter I use less peanut oil.
