06 c 230 recent transmission action

i own a 06 c class sport. it has about 66000 on it. it started about end of last summer. when outside temperature dropped down a little. i noticed that it would shift with a little push at the slow down point from 2nd to the 1st gear. later, and a little colder, it started doing the same from 1st to 2nd also. that is when i find out that it doesn't do it when i warm it up little longer. back then it was like 4-5 min. so i started getting it warmer every morning. me and a friend desided to flash the transmission. he said it did help on one his benzes. so, magnits in the pen did not have anything on them. we put new fluid, gasket, filter, bolts. it did not change anything untill about two weeks ago. now, it never jumps or pushes from 2nd to 1st. but it got worst from 1st to 2nd. it seems like it is taking few more seconds to complete shifting. Notice, it does not doing that if i worm it up to 60-65 degrees. wich may take up to 20 min these days. when engene temperature is between 60 and 80 degrees everything is nice and smooth. any ideas? i thank you all
