Hi everyone, I need help on a question

I work for a preowned lot and We sell . Highline cars
Recently I sold a 2010 MB E350.
The customer called me back after a week and informed me that after visiting A MB dealer with his car, they told him the car did not have leather, but something less.
How can I defend my position since I incorrectly assumed this car had leather.
I called the local dealer and a salesman told me that most of the E350,s these days come with MB tex.

Is there a way to find the original equipment listing or Monroney by serial # ?

Appreciate help on this topic.

You can ask your dealer for a VIN check and find out what the car came with.

Or, ask for one here:

More relevant info can be found in the W212 E-Class - Benzworld.org - Mercedes-Benz Discussion Forum section.

Please complete your profile with your location and car model.

Follow the link given and I will decode the Vehicle Identity Number which will tell us exactly what upholstery is fitted.
