Yes you can drive it but do not do any 100k plus trips. I do not know the policy with American dealers, I am a Brit and live in China. I run specialist shops so do not have any connection with the dealers here either.

oh ok i will drive it the least amount possible and very gentle. i really apreciate your advise and time you where very helpful and gave peace of mind
thank you!

my best regards mr gold.

ps: curiosity question, i live in a building and my parking is on the 5th level so i have to go round and round and round 5 times a day up and down every time i take the car out, do you think i should request a parking spot on the lower level? so the suspension docent have to take all of that every day or is it irrelevant this type of activity daily for the suspension and other parts?

No this will not adversely affect the steering or suspension.

UPDATE

ok today i took my cl500 2002 to the benz agency again to inspect the persistent noise, it turns out that the noise was coming from the suspension they told they found both thrust arm bushings cracked and that the winy squeaky noise was coming from that (they say) and it had nothing to do with any of the pumps but. they are charging me 971.78$ to change them.
i saw my car when they lifted it and the mechanic pointed to me a pair of rubbers that looked caracked and as well a metal bar that was the arm he told me.
i asked as well if the i could use the warranty of the parts from the other dealership and they said yes i can do it in my local benz.

ps: i did mention to the mechanic that they might have filled my ps reservoir with the wrong fluid and he told me its impossible to tell once its in the reservoir and didnt pay much attention to it what do you think i should do? should i not drive the car ? what a nightmare!

thank you very much for your help

With regards to the fluid, I do not honestly know what the consequences will be, maybe nothing as it was only a tiny amount and to rectify this now would mean changing the entire 10 Litres, big job and needs RODEO testing afterwards, it is your call.

update after flush

they did the ps flush and corrected levels of fluid and replaced arm thrusts a couple of days ago but now my car feels like the left front is higher form the right do you think its interrelated with the flush ??

what should i do ? is it safe to drive it like that (its just leaning like 2 cms to the right in the front)

thank you for your time my best regards.
