Unhappy Peeling Buttons

Has anyone experienced the lettering on the AC panel, door lock and ok buttons starting to peel on the C300 2008 with less than 50K miles? Warrenty issue or not?

I would think there is a chance it is covered by warranty. When my steering wheel chrome trim pealed, it was covered by CPO. They even had a kit. Best of luck.
