722.6xx Conductor Plate Part Number Question

I a preparing to replace the PWM solenoid in conjunction with a fluid change to alleviate some intermittent vibrations i am getting during high-speed TCC lockup (over 55mph). Being that I have 95,000 on the original fluid, and because this is about the time things start happening in these boxes, I do not want to take my chances, so I am doing all the "achillies heel" repairs while I am in there (conductor plate, EGS connector, valve body spring, parking release lever....).

I have read the many threads about the many revisions to the electrics kit for the 722.6xx transmission. EPC shows the part number for my 1999 SL500 to be 140-270-08-61. Several threads (a few years old) have stated that they are in fact up to 140-270-11-61. A recent search on Parts.com reveals that 140-270-12-61 is the latest revision.

AutohausAZ has an aftermarket listing for the 12-61 conductor plate, but it is not listed under my vehicle.

Are these conductor plates all interchangeable? I understand that others have in fact installed the 11-61 in trans installed in vehicles older than mine.

As an aside, does anyone know if MB publishes the changes with each revision?
