I have a 2006 R500 with 50K miles.
I bought the car used about 18 months ago, a low mileage R500 in good visual condition was hard to find. I live in Canada and the car was first registered in Florida, so MB Canada don't recognize it.
It is great to drive, capacity and performance etc. I use it for family weekend/vacation trips etc., but annoying problems detract from my view of MB quality.

The plugged reed valve cost me $3K to fix last year. I fixed the rear light assembly connection problem by adding supplementary wiring between the bulb holder and frame, and now the navigation screen fails - most of the time.
Can anyone recommend a repair shop near Detroit to look at the navigation problem.
