Unhappy Rear seat jammed due to seat belt too tight

Hi, I recently put my rear seats down to move my son ti university.
I now cant lift my rear seat as the seatbelt has jammed. I have tried to remove and take the seat apart to get to the problem, but cannot get to the seatbelt within the seat.
It is the center seatbelt in a C Class estate
