First off sorry to hear your trouble. Here is my take on this and how I would deal in such situation:
I look at a dealer as some one who wants to make a profit before anything or anyone else. With that in mind, I protect my own interest first and do not trust the dealer to do that.
It is their advertisement fault that they screwed up on adding features to your car that it did not have, most likely some one just copy pasted them from another document without properly checking.
With that said though, its also partly your fault for not checking things like - lumbar support, since it sounds like its an issue for you, and I would check for those options regardless (I assume you had driven the car prior to buying it?).
They can argue that it is your fault for overlooking these options and it may not go in Court as you would hope.
With the resolve of this situation I would see what it would potentially cost me to take them to Cort. Think about how much $ it may cost you and weather it is worth your time and hassle you are going to go through.
I would simply take that $ value and trade this current vehicle to another vehicle that has the features which satisfy your needs.
Not all dealers are bad. This one just sounds greedy and ignorant to me.
I recently bought ML550 when I drove it home I saw some spots on the hood, from what looked like bird droppings which etched into the coat. I called the dealer next day, they took the car in no questions asked, removed the coat and reapplied a new one.
After this they have been great with every issue I had, and also asking me to inform them about anything that may concern me etc.
Hope this helps and good luck!
