Unhappy Battery drain problem

Hi there, i have a C180 Classic 1997 in black only done 87k. Same story like eveyone else, leave the car for a couple of days and the battery goes flat.
Ive replaced the battery for a new one but its the same story.
Having read everyone elses issues, i thought great except for one thing.. i dont have electric seats or tele help or much else in the way or electronic extras.
One thing i have noticed is that when one turns the car off say at the end of the night, ive noticed that even after locking the doors from the outside the four digital displays still remain constantly illuminated..im thinking this is the problem!

Is this normal for the clocks to stay on all the time? I hope i can sort this as i really like the car.
