Strange behaviour 1983 Benz 280 Sl

There guys,
I'm having a strange and complicated problem on a 1983 280 Sl .(k-jetronic)
i'll try to explain the problem as good as possible

Car has been sitting still for 5 years.

Changed the following,
fuel filter,
fuel pump,
cold start injector(valve).
2 relais.

First engine won't start .Now after holding ingition switch for 15 sec(fuel pump humms, and thereafter removing one connection from fuel pump car will idle(rich) for a couple off minutes then dies.(all this is from cold)

If you try to connect the loose connection of the fuel pump back when he is idling car will stall inmediately.
But with a can of carb cleaner you can keep the car running as long as one connection off the fuel pump is loose. Please kick me in the right direction if someone had this strange problem.
I thought maybe mine WUR might be defective from what i read on forums.

since i'm not an expert I would like to hear from other members.
This is my first classic car.
Thanks in advance for any comment and wish you all a great day,
Keep up with the great work

Worked on the car today and noticed that oil lever is higher and a smell off gasoline. Also engine seems harder to turn.(flooding??)
Haven't checked fuel pressure,(new pump,metering unit +filter)but will check that also .
But from what I discovered today?? Don't this direct me to the warm up regulator???
Thanks ,every advice is gratefully apreciated.
