Both of your vin #s return an invalid model/designation. Please double check them again.

ERIC.

Eric: Thanks for trying... interesting that neither show up as valid numbers. Both VIN's are correct & taken straight from new vehicles purchased at Fletcher Jones Mercedes in Newport Beach, CA.

The first one at 2013 will not show on my copy of EPC as it is way too new but the second one at 09 should be there but it is not, why I do not know. You could ask the people who sold you the cars if they would be kind enough to look up the data cards in EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue).

The stores person only has to input your vin # into EPC and press ctrl and F6 and the data card will appear on his screen.

This vin is incomplete and should be a mix of 17 letters/numbers.

Hello Eric,

My VIN = WDBGA32EOTA306327

My serial number = WDB1400321A306327

It appears that both of these numbers have 17 characters.

I got the VIN from the drivers side front door post and the serial number from the maintenance manual I got with the car.

Am I missing something??

The only thing I can think of is that the character after the "E" in the VIN number is a zero instead of an "O" as in oil.

Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
