Post 1989 Mercedes 300CE heavy shaking when applying brakes (not front brakes/rotors)

I don't know exactly when it started but when I'm driving over 25MPH, and i apply the brakes i get a heavy shake in the front end. The shake doesn't feel like its in the pedal or the steering wheel. When it happens it feels like everything is shaking.

Originally when i applied the brakes i could feel the pedal going up, and down slightly. Thinking it was the rotors i replaced the two front rotors and pads with oem German parts. Once the repair was done i went to test it, and now the movement in the pedal is gone but the car still shakes heavily when I'm applying the brakes.

Could this be the flex disk, cv joints, driveline? I have no idea where to start looking could someone please point me in the right direction thanks so much.

You checked the rear rotors as well, right?

re

It really depends on the company, they all have different criteria in determining their rates. Being young certainly makes it more expensive but having an older car makes it cheaper, how much is hard to say. They have to consider where you live and the value of your car, and sometimes even the driving records of the people you live with.
