You have to take the rear seat cushion and backrest out then remove the trim panel. Then I believe there is a metal panel bolted in place to access the regulator mechanism. It is a real booger to get to. The trim panel should have a couple screws at the bottom and the seat belt guide has to come off. It slides up and forward. Hope this helps. CF.
