CLK200k Convertible Rear Head Rest

Hi all, have a query regarding the rear headrests/roll over protection on my 2004 clk 200k. I went over a hump on the road recently and the rear headrests shot upwards as they do apparently with erratic driving.

Tried lowering it but to no avail. Can anyone assist on this?

Seen this headrest problem many times, you will only get them to go down again with a screwdriver, there is a small latch toward the rear of the headrest inside the seat, use the screwdriver to move this latch and push the headrest down, sorry I have no pics.
