New member needs glass replacement help

I have two Mercedes, a 2001 e320 and a 1998 SLK230.
I've replaced the regulator for the rear window on the e320 before.
It broke again, only this time the glass also broke.
I found replacement OEM glass but can't find sufficient instructions to install it. I only found one post about how this comes apart, and it's incorrect.
Can someone please give me detailed instructions on how to get the glass in?

Driver's side rear door. I assume I need to disconnect the battery and the airbag. Beyond that, nothing's obvious. Thanks so much, I really want to do this myself.

Newer model

Hi Eric, thanks for this, it may be sufficient, I'm not sure since I won't have time to check the car til later today or tomorrow. The pictures appear to be of an older model, and my window is a power window.

Mine is a 2001, I guess it's sometimes referred to as W210.

What I posted is for the 210 model. But if it is different when you come to look at it then give me the vin # and I will look at WIS again.
