Hi all a friend has had a Vito 108 CDI dropped at my house by the AA they are currently using my car.
The Alternator is at fault and needs to be replaced I have now a replacement and will be doing the work this coming Monday.
I am looking for any guidance possible as it seems there is very little room to get in to remove, I have read somewhere that you need to remove the driveshaft would this be true?
I have never worked on this type of vehicle before so have no insight this is really just the beginning as I removed the injector cover to have a look around as there are starting issues sometimes and was presented by a huge build up of coke around no2 & no3 injectors!
any help would be greatly received
