Transmission power flush?

With the Transmission power flush done. Do the mechanic need to break the red tap on the cover to refill the fluid?
I just want to know how do I as a consumer know the service had been done for my car?

We had been misbehave on the service in the dealership. Are there the way you can tell if the service transmission power flush had been done for the car?

As I understand it, with the power flush the machine flushes out the old and puts in the new through the same ports or tubes. The pan does not come off and consequently, the filter is not changed or the pan gasket replaced. The only reason for the tech to remove/reinstall the lock pin that you are calling the red tap is to check the ATF level and hopefully they did that.
