Does anyone know what year, mercedes model these wheels are from?

I found these for sale locally. The seller is not sure what MB they came off of. The tires are 275-35-18 in the rear and 255-40-18 in the front.
They are amg wheels
I am trying to figure out if they will fit my 2004 CL600. Hopeing to buy today, if I can figure it out.

Thanks,

If the wheels came from an MB, they would have an MB spare part number "printed" somewhere. That number makes it easy to figure out which models the wheels fit, if those are MB wheels.

Are those chrome? If so, I think they have been chromed by some aftermarket outfit. AFAIK, none of the OEM MB wheels have that finish. Another thing you'll need to know is if the offset is correct for your car. As DB stated, there should be numbers on them somewhere and typically they are stamped on the inner part of the rim.

I drove about 2 hours to go see them today. I figured I would take the chance and buy them.
They are chrome. They appear to be monoblock style with amg stamped on them.
The rears say made in Belgum and are 9jx18 stamped inside
The fronts say made in Austria and have a 8jx18 size stamped inside
He also gave me two more of the 9x18 wheels that were in boxes. The boxes said +35mm offset

I think the cl600 has a +43mm offset. I could not test fit due to the lug holes being slightly too small for my lugs. But when I sat one rear wheel in the opening it seemed to fit decent, it did appear to stick out a little more.

I hope they will work for you. Try asking the members on the appropriate CL-Class forum and they should be able to shine more light on your issue.
