MB Lug Sizes ?

Is there already a chart for this somewhere? I haven't been able to find any.
I need special lugs for my wheel setup and I think I would rather just use another type of new OE MB lug than the shiny cheap looking aftermarket bolts. I could be wrong but MB lugs look like an optimum alloy for strength vs. brittleness. I am hoping others can list the sizes they know because I can't find size data, just part numbers etc. I will start with the ones I know so far. I would hope the info would also be of value to others.

These may need corrected as more info is received

W201 12 X 1.5 39mm shank
(I think this size includes R129 replacement bolts, without the extension, at least to 1995 and at least later model R107's

R230 14 X 1.5 25mm shank(estimate), years?

W211 14 X 1.5 28mm shank years?

W108 12 X 1.5 looked like 25-28mm shank (short)

W210 is using 12 mm bolts, W221 (C216 too) 14 mm as well as W212.

Did you mean W211 (or S211) instead of R211? From EPC you can find the specs for other models.

You don't mention the specifics of your wheel setup, but the seat is critical as well. The OE wheels use a ball seat in either R12 or R14 diameter, while many aftermarket use conical seats.

The lug bolts (both standard and custom) from radusadirect.com are of high quality and are priced very competitively. Their custom ones allow the use of R14 design wheels on M12 hubs, which is pretty cool.

I found radusa impossible to deal with unless you know the exact size you need. Forget asking them to know specs between different OE wheels etc. In other words you have to get everything else first then physically measure, then order from them.
Personally I need 41-42mm shank but my personal needs were not what I intended the thread for.

Often EPC does not give parts specs like the bolt tread or diameter or length info but for wheel bolts it actually quite often does.

For example, the part A2034010270 for a light alloy wheel: M12x1.5x40 mm. This has been used on a 170, 124, 129, 168, 208, 210, 209 and a 171.

The part number A0009904507: M12x1.5x21, used on a 168, 414, 170, 203 and 210.

The part number A0009904907: M14x1.5x21, used on a 212, 199, 204, 218, 164, 207, 251, 169, 245, 211, 209 and 230.

Perhaps a complete list would be useful.

I found this site very interesting for some wheel and lug data. The exact data is hit and miss but has alot. I think you can skip around to other pages also. http://www.rubicon-trail.com/G-Class/wheels/start.html

Found another one. This was a very hard site to find. It's data on Febi Bilstein bolts directly from their site.

Just to note, so far I have found nothing in OE MB bolts that is over 39-40mm shank (length under head) in 12.5 X1.5 and at this point I believe they do not exist except by other manufacturers. I think there are longer OE bolts in 14X1.5 .
Also, from what I see, at least some MB's in the 50's and 60's used 12X 1.5 studs with ball seat nuts and a stud/nut conversion could be of interest to some.
