As a ball figure, you should use at around 15% of the gained power to compress the air.
40-60 hp gain will then require 6-9 hp or 4-6 kW (300-500 amperes at 12V).
An electric motor at the size shown may provide maximum 3-400W. Even if it could provide the power required, where would you get that electric power from?
It will undoubtly provide a little gain, say 2-3 hp with a 2-300 W electric motor (then do not use the headlight at the same time).
