Question Hello

Hi all, I'm Hayden and new to the forum. I have a Vito 108D 1997 and a 240E. I live in Norfolk and run my own business in IT. I've had my Vito for a long time and it's great just now I have a problem with the Vito it failed it's MOT due to play on the lower front ball joint and the shocks need replacing on the front so some advice would be good if any one can help me. on the shocks o/s there is a strut connected to the shock and the nut and thread keep turning!!! does anyone know how to overcome this so I can get it off? the lower ball joint o\s what is the best way to get it off plus where the ball joint is connected it looks like part of the lower arm do I have to change the whole arm or can I just change the ball joint? any help would be great. well that's me for now and thanking you all in advance. Hayden
