Post lovely lady and a 207D

Hi.
My name is Priscella and I just purchased a 1978 207D.
I took it from Sacramento, CA down to Anaheim, CA to get it converted to run on vegetable oil and then drove it all the way to Philadelphia, PA-where I live.
It runs great, that diesel engine clicks like a kitten.

Currently I'm working on getting my hands on an oil filter for the thing (who knew they were so rare?) and trying to figure out why my headlights wont turn off and my battery shorts after each drive).

In 9 days I'll be hitting the road and exploring this lovely Western Hemisphere, while my little 207D keeps me safe and warm <3.

I am hoping to learn more about the electrical of my beauty! My hope is that she only needs some new glow plugs, God willing, thats it!

Glad to be here

p.s.
my little picture below isn't MY 207D, but it does mine justice, never the less.
I also LOVE that top rack, definitely a great addition.
