2002 S430 Xeon Lights help!

I just got 2002 S430 and a bit confused what kind if HID kit I should get to get the closest to the OEM HID.

My car has OEM HID's, so my question is what HID kit I should get to get the closest look to the OEM HID, and also, do I need to change the headlights to something different to support HID bulbs?

Thank you in advance

You don't need a kit. HID kits are designed to convert halogen headlights to HID. Since your car already has OEM HID's, all you need are D2R bulbs. I'd recommend sticking with a major brand like Osram, Phillips, or GE. Since the bulbs colorshift (become bluer and dimmer) as they age, it's best to replace them in pairs so that both bulbs match.

You won't need to change anything in your headlights to install them. Just remove the plastic cover on the back of your headlights, then twist the ballast (metal box) 1/4 turn CCW and pull it off. You can now pull out the old bulb and slide in the new one. Be careful not to touch the glass part of the new bulb with your fingers (gloves are a good idea) because the oil from your fingers can shorten the life of the bulb.
