Records, Records, Records.
If he can show you Dealership Record of Maintenance or DIY Maintenance, ( Like I do mine ), then that is IMPORTANT beyond this forum.
MB are maintenance intensive and must be well taken care of.
Black Engine Oil? Maybe bad or extreme negligence
Check the Tranny Oil
Check the Brake Oil
Check the Antifreeze/Coolant Fluid
Check the A/C Compressor
Check the Brakes and Tires
You need a FULL INSPECTION.
If you buy this E-Class, without an inspection, you WILL regret the purchase.
You can bet a Heifeweisen on that!
RECORDS + INSPECTION give you a more informed choice.
I am talking about MB E320 year 2000 Model with 189,000 Miles on it. Can one think about driving this car for next 100,000 miles? Here is the condition:
-Engine Oil: Black and certainly needs change
-Overall Engine: dry and no extra noise but one thing I did notice that there was some white powder type light rust on lower aluminium portion of Engine
-Airbag/SRS light is on and according to seller there is something wrong with passenger side Airbag.
-Seller is Looking for 4K
Is it worth deal?
