Help required on CL500 W215 with 20" Alloys

Hi All
I am in need of some good advice as the problem im having is costing me a fortune.

I have a 2000 CL500 W215 and about 5 months ago i put 20" alloys on the car with 245x35x20 on the rear and 245x35x20 on the front. At 66 mph and abouve the car started to bounce on the rear and made the whole car shake, No vibration through the steering wheel though. I took the car and got the wheels balance and again the same problem. I then changed wheels from the back to the front and still the same. I contacted the wheel and tyre people who sent me out two new tyres, This fixed the problem for about 30 miles and then again at 66 and over the car started bouncing. I took it to Merceedes who told me the suspension damper module had gone and so a new one was fitted, this seemed to cure the problem again for about 50 miles. I was then advised that there could be a problem with the tyres so the company changed all 4 tyres and put 245x35x20 on the front and 255x35x20 on the rear, again for about 50 miles it was okay and then the bouncing came back.
In the end i put the original 17 alloys back on the back of the car and the problem went away. The garage told me there could be a problem with the alloys not being totally round and so they replaced the wheels and tyres again. Same problem the car bounces at 66 -70mph and is not drivable. I dont have any rubbing or anything just a severe bouncing and vibration from the back of the car.
I have been told lots of info for example you cannhot fit 20" alloys on a 2000 w215 and that the at 70mph the car lowers instelf so is trying to fight against the bigger wheek size which is causing the problem. I cant belive the car cannot have 20" alloys on it as i have seen so many pics of the car with them on.
I was looking for some real answers as it is costing me a fortune and i really dont want to be buying yet another set of wheels as i got rid of my originals.

Hope some one can shed light on the problem and if there is something i should do to the car to have the wheels fitted correctly.
