ML320 2008 Rotor corrosion within 6 months after replacement

Corrosion
I have serviced my ML320 2008 last year around September, my yearly service and it was recommended to replace rear pads and rotors (had around 22K miles). After the service I noticed that part rotors (part of it) is painted and was still wet, I was told that this is against corrosion.
Gradually this part got corroded and now is looking bed. I look similar cars and I don’t see this issue. It looks ugly to see everything shining and this two wheels have the rotors that are corroded.
I have done the service at benztekusa.com *(555 East Plainfield Road, Countryside, IL 60525), and have been using this service for second time as they only service Mercedes Benz and supposed to be cheaper then dealers and use only genuine Mercedes Benz parts.
Is this corrosion normal on new parts, is it possible that genuine parts are not used, and is there anything I can use to remove it? I have send an email to them and waiting their reply but wanted to get second opinion.

Thanks,
Sam

You can sand the rust down and paint it. Just remember to use a high temp paint since it gets hot. Do not paint the rotor face, just the drum part!
