1998 E 320 W/ no heat

Good day all. I am a brand new owner of a used 98 E 320 w/ 180K and new to this forum. My problem is I have no heat. When I put my hand near any vent, they feel mildly warm but I feel not hot air moving as normal. I switched it over to A/C and the same thing, no cold air moving. After searching several threads in this forum I have done the following: I checked all the fuses and they are in working order. I pulled out the heater/blower from under the dash and it has power and the squirl cage is spinning. I checked the anti freeze level and it is full as is the res. The instrument panel for the heating/ac gets power and appears to be functioning. I would prefer to troubleshoot myself before I bring to a mechanic if at all possible, limited funds. I am very impressed with all the generous support the members of this forum provide with all the helpful tips and comments I have read in other threads. Thank you in advance for your help.

As said, in W210 section on the top of the pages you will find stickies, that will advise you how to troubleshoot and repair the system.
Good new is that those cars can display sensors readouts and codes on clima display, what is great help for the repairs.
From your description looks like duovalve might be frozen, but troubleshooting will give more input.
Welcome to the forum.
