Exclamation Ink + Leather = DISASTER!!!

Hey, a kid left a pen on the passenger seat and it leaked. In addition it was pretty hot, so the ink dried and kind of got baked on.

I tried rubbing with water, then alcohol, then finally hair spray. The hair spray was able to break up and take off the ink. But, in the process, some of the color of the leather rubbed off. The seats are ash gray and now there is a spot (the size of a quarter) that is black.

Is there any way to recolor/ restore the leather in that spot???????

I got more stains on the seats than you but consider this, you can replace the seat but you can never replace the kid with his/her innocence.
