Smile New Guy with R107 Q's

Hi Everyone! New guy here. I have some basic 107 questions and would really appreciate the Forum's thoughts & comments. I have a '84 380 and a '72 350 Euro (3.5L, 4-spd). The 1st Q- does anyone know the extent of changes made to 107 interiors through the years? I would like to 'borrow' some components from the 380 to 'lend' to the 350. I am aware of the obvious diffs - manual windows, climate control, etc. - but seek to swap out dash components, door panels, etc. I welcome any direction from those who have gone before. 2nd - I am trying to locate 107 AMG bits, they are as rare as hen's teeth! Looking for front air dam & rear apron at present. Last (for the moment ;-) comparison between Getrag 265/5 w/ MB early 4-spd? Thanks much!
